Claims Representative Job Description:

Handle primarily first party, low severity material damage claims with possible expansion to other lines of business. Operate within a rules-based environment with a strong customer satisfaction emphasis. Will have numerous contacts with insureds, agents and vendors by telephone and in writing.

Claims Representative Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent business experience and excellent communication skills are required.
• At least 1-2 years of previous claims-related experience and involvement in IIA, AIC and/or CPCU coursework is required.
• Strong PC skills.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
