Claims Service Specialist job Description
Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional opportunity for a Claims Service Specialist in San Antonio, TX. In this vital role, you Claims Service Specialist will have responsibility for the day-to-day operations including data entry, typing, filing and mail support, managing reports and information, call management, maintaining internal and external customer relationships, the ability to lift up to 20lbs, sort, distribute and file paperwork and mail as appropriate, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Claims Service Specialist Qualifications
- Our ideal Claims Service Specialist candidate possesses a High School Diploma/GED and has 1-3 years of customer service experience and/or office experience from a fast paced professional environment. Computer skills are essential.
- We look for the ability to be a self-starter, work independently, excellent time management skills, as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
