Farmers Insurance Agent | Career Insurance at Farmers Insurance and Financial Services
We are looking to fill a couple sales professional positions in Butte, Glenn, Tehama and Lake County. This is a business opportunity to own your own independent Farmers Insurance Agency.
No experience necessary, we will train.
Farmers Insurance Agent Responsibilities:
- Consistently grow a client base with networking, prospecting, or lead generation networks.
- Conduct appointments, reviews, and insurance proposals with customers.
- Service the insurance needs of Farmers Insurance customers.
- Manage, hire, and train staff for Agency development.
Farmers Insurance Agent Prerequisites:
- Must be able to pass background check (No criminal background, OK credit history, valid driver’s license.)
Applicants should be able to demonstrate strong communication skills.
Management experience preferred
College degree preferred
Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply. $5000 Sign on bonus.
Farmers Insurance Agent Salary:
- This is a commission based job with a guaranteed subsidy.
- Commission + Residual Income + Subsidy
- 1st Year Career Agent Subsidy: $3000/mo
- 2nd Year Career Agent Subsidy: $4000/mo
