Health Insurance Resource Responsibilities
The Health Insurance Resource Manager is responsible for implementing the strategic objectives of the Erickson Advantage sales/marketing plan within the community. The Health Insurance Resource Manager serves as the primary health plan liaison to the community leadership team.
- Primary health plan liaison to the community leadership team.
- Primary sales/marketing liaison to Community staff including training and follow up of program sales and marketing objectives. Health Insurance Resource Coordinate with staff to identify marketing activities and sales strategies to increase awareness and create enrollment opportunities
- Implement strategies to assure community staff is referring residents to Erickson Advantage office for appointments.
- Meet or exceed enrollment goals
- Health Insurance Resource Responsible for tracking incoming requests/ setting appointments
- Serve as community resource to residents for health insurance comparisons/analysis
- Data collection /tracking/reporting
- Maintain collateral inventory
- Health Insurance Resource Responsible for setting up marketing activities within community to promote Erickson Advantage
Health Insurance Resource Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Health Insurance Resource College graduate preferred or equivalent Erickson community staff experience. Sales and/or marketing experience to 62+ markets desirable. Microsoft office skills.
Health Insurance license required within 90 days of employment.
