Insurance Sales Agent Job Description

Insurance Sales Agent Qualifications:

  • Two years of proven sales & service experience, consultative sales experience preferred
  • High School Diploma, BA/BS degree preferred
  • Able to obtain a property and casualty insurance license within 90 days of employment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presence in person and by phone
  • Competitive sales drive, goal oriented and tenacious
  • Intermediate to expert computer experience required
  • Insurance Sales Agent Work days include evenings and a minimum of two Saturdays per month
  • Proof of automobile insurance
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
