Insurance Sales Agent Qualifications:
- Two years of proven sales & service experience, consultative sales experience preferred
- High School Diploma, BA/BS degree preferred
- Able to obtain a property and casualty insurance license within 90 days of employment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presence in person and by phone
- Competitive sales drive, goal oriented and tenacious
- Intermediate to expert computer experience required
- Insurance Sales Agent Work days include evenings and a minimum of two Saturdays per month
- Proof of automobile insurance
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
