Insurance Sales Agent at Paramount Equity Insurance Services in Roseville. We’re looking for energetic, self-starting professionals with the drive, determination, and proven sales experience to sell personal lines of Property and Casualty (P&C), Life and Health insurance.  Insurance Sales Agent will work with past and current Paramount Equity Mortgage customers to determine their individual needs and place them in the best policies available from over a dozen, highly-rated insurance providers.

  • Insurance Sales Agent additional cross-selling opportunities to help your customers save even more money than just through the insurance products you offer them (i.e. mortgage loans, PV solar systems, etc.)
  • Insurance Sales Agent Hands-on management to provide continual education and sales training to you

Insurance Sales Agent Requirements:

  • Insurance Sales Agent must be High School diploma (degree from a 4-year college or university a plus)
  • Insurance Sales Agent must have 2-5 years of proven insurance sales or service experience
  • Property and Casualty Auto, Home and Recreational insurance sales experience preferred
  • Possession of an active Property and Casualty Insurance License with the California CA Department of Insurance (additional state licenses a plus!)
  • Insurance Sales Agent must be Proven experience selling personal lines of insurance with the top industry carriers (i.e. Allied, Travelers, The Hartford, Safeco, CIG, Unigard, etc.)
  • Experience with Applied Systems (TAM) preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Salesforce.com or other CRM experience a plus!)
  • Ability to excel in an outbound sales model working with warm and cold leads
  • Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented (must love to sell!)
  • Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and attire
